On the 15th of February 2022, the Kick Off meeting of the program “Chitosan-based nanoparticles and films loaded with agrifood by-product extracts for novel food applications” (ChitoFOODs) took place at the Building of the Department of Food Science and Technology of the School of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In the frame of the meeting, the ChitoFOODs project (i.e. work packages, deliverables, milestones, budget) was presented by Dr. Ioannis Mourtzinos (Principle Investigator) to all group members and in particular Dr. Athina Lazaridou (Associate Professor), Dr. Athanasia Goula (Associate Professor), Dr. Nikolaos Nenadis (Assistant Professor), Dr. Anastasia Kyriakoudi (Post-doctoral researcher) and Dr. Kyriakos Kaderides (Post-doctoral researcher).
